Assured offers its customers a support service based upon the level of software package purchased. This ranges from e-mail support and training videos for the entry-level PV247 package to add telephone support and a forum for larger PV247 systems and locally installed customers.
Assured can also provide comprehensive on-site implementation support and training visits on a consultancy basis as required.
With offices in the UK and USA, support hours extend throughout the European and US business day.
Web conferencing services are available where appropriate to assist in problem understanding and resolution. Introductory and training videos are provided as is a context sensitive Help file within the application software.
