SupportIn addition to telephone and email support, Customers are able to enter and review issues and queries on-line and obtain a unique reference number for each entry. Subsequent tracking is available for all issues / queries entered by each customer group. Frequently Asked QuestionsAssured’s Help Desk also includes an FAQ section for the provision of hints and tips. This is available across the global customer base. Using the Help DeskHelp desk usernames and passwords are only available to our customers. |
